Aspen LV (now Palm Lake Resort) is an independent living community located near North Creek in Ballina.  As a part of the consent for the original development of the site, parts of the residual land were subject to a Creek and Vegetation Management Plan.  Design Team Ink was responsible for co-coordinating the implementation of this plan.  Works included, assessment and monitoring of tidal influences, design and implementation of breaches to creek berms to allow tidal flushing as a method to manage mosquito breeding habitat, bushland regeneration, preparation of applications for permits and licenses, liaison with local Council staff, NSW Fisheries staff, co-ordination of specialist consultants and  annual reporting on the CVPM progress to Council.
